Now Hiring - Director, Alliances & Partnerships in Reston, VA

• Accelerate growth by establishing and developing productive, mutually-beneficial alliances and partnerships
• Develop Empower AI’s alliance and partnership model by expanding networks and relationships with leading solution providers and OEM software organizations.
• Build alliance and partnership identification and onboarding process.
• Establish a portfolio of industry leading partners that complement Empower AI solutions.
• Work with the BD and Capture teams to develop prospective insights for new partnerships.
• Manage the strategic partner relationship, operational framework, and communications at the executive level.
• Develop and execute the strategic business plan in coordination with the BD and Capture teams.
• Engage with partners to develop, package, and position differentiated solutions for key opportunities.
• Design, build, and execute joint growth strategies that align with Empower AI strategy.
• Evangelize the partnerships internally, including joint value propositions with the business unit leaders.
• Manage metrics including new relationships, joint marketing campaigns, and joint solutions.
• Be within a reasonable commuting distance from Reston, VA.

• Ability to craft go to market strategies and integrate pipelines with partners to approach opportunities with comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.
• Negotiate with potential partners to ensure beneficial positioning.
• Experience with or understanding of Federal Government related market intelligence tools (e.g., BGov, GovWin, SAM).
• Network of AI/Technology solution small and large business points of contact.
• Experience working with unique buying cycles for Federal contracting.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and coalition building skills in a highly dynamic and fluid working environment.
• Demonstrated ability to get things done, build consensus, resolve conflict, and solve tough business problems, working in concert with others.
• Highest levels of written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Keen sense of ownership, drive, and execution.
• Ability to influence without direct control.

• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience with at least 5 years of professional experience in Federal Government space
• Previous success in building alliances and partnerships in either a product/solution organization or a large professional services firm.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
